About

Know that you have retained an experienced trial attorney. One that will fight for you. Walk into court confident.

Clark is an experienced trial attorney with over a decade of experience who is ready to tackle your case head on and deliver the results you deserve.  Clark is a Greenville native, who graduated from J.L. Mann and then attended the University of South Carolina, earning a degree in Economics.

After college, Clark was a co-founder of the medical device company, Glytec.  After getting FDA approval, he traveled the country talking to doctors and some of the largest national hospital chains emphasizing the importance of this revolutionary technology.  After years in the medical device field, he decided to pursue his dream of becoming an attorney, where he attended Charleston School of Law.

After receiving his Juris Doctorate in 2011, Clark returned home to the Upstate where he began his career with a local DUI defense firm, learning under some of the most seasoned DUI defense attorneys in the state. Clark then opened his own solo practice, where he gained experience in numerous criminal and civil cases.

In 2016, Clark went to work for the 13th Circuit Solicitor’s Office as an assistant solicitor.  He began his career there working in the Traffic Unit handling cases for DUI, Felony DUI with Great Bodily Injury or Death, Failure to Stop for Blue Lights, Hit and Run, Habitual Traffic Offender, Driving Under Suspension, and other like cases.

Clark then moved to the Domestic Violent Unit handling all types of Domestic Violence cases including DV1st, DV2nd, DV3rd, DVHAN, and also harassment charges.

Clark finished his career as an assistant solicitor in the Drug Unit, where he quickly worked himself up to the Greenville County Multi-Jurisdictional Drug Enforcement Unit liaison. A position that put him in charge of the largest drug cases in Greenville County.  In his time he handled everything from simple possession cases to trafficking in kilos.  Also, while an assistant solicitor, Clark handled violent cases including armed robbery, burglaries, and murder.

During his time at the solicitor’s office, Clark built strong connections within the office with other solicitors and support staff.  He also built relationships with law enforcement.  While at the solicitor’s office, Clark had the opportunity to watch defense attorney’s practice on a daily basis, often times to the detriment of their clients.  He also got to review law enforcement’s interaction with the public, which wasn’t always as exceptional as it should be.  Clark felt it was his time to use his vast experience and the knowledge he gained to truly provide people the representation they deserve and to hold law enforcement to a higher standard.  Clark is here to help you achieve the best possible outcome in your case and is unafraid of the courtroom and willing to battle for your rights, but also has the knowledge and skill for succesful plea negotiations.
